No. My practice is not in-network (INN) with any insurance provider, and psychotherapy sessions are self-pay only.
However - I would gladly assist you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider by providing a superbill (it's like a receipt) that can be submitted for potential reimbursement. Alternatively, I have partnered with Thrizer, a payment platform that handles this process automatically for you.
I get it - a lot of folks need to use their insurance in order to access therapy. Unfortunately, insurance companies set reimbursement rates that are often too low for me to maintain a sustainable practice while still being able to provide quality care my clients deserve. By staying out-of-network (OON), I can focus on offering the best possible support without limitations that come with insurance requirements.
Both! I offer in-person therapy at both my Evergreen, Colorado and Westminster, Colorado, office, as well as online therapy for clients residing anywhere within the state of Colorado or Florida. Many of my clients prefer in-person therapy as it helps them feel more connected and supported throughout our work together. However, If it’s more convenient, we can also meet online through a secure Zoom platform. We’ll discuss what feels best for you during your free consultation.

The purpose of the free consultation is to determine if we are a good fit for each other. During this meeting, I will learn more about your goals for therapy, what has worked for you in the past, what hasn’t, and any other important information you would like to share. I will also explain my approach to therapy and discuss some practice details, such as fees and out-of-network options. If it feels like we are a good match, we can talk about the next steps, including completing paperwork and scheduling your first appointment.
